The Picture Hooks Mentoring Programme 2024
The programme is aimed at emerging children’s book illustrators looking to take their first steps in the publishing industry.
Over nine months, up to five selected mentees hone their craft alongside established professional illustrator mentors, attend expert masterclasses, meet publishers and take part in a touring exhibition of children’s illustration work.
There is a £15 admin fee to apply for the programme, then participation for the selected illustrators is completely free of charge.
The closing date for applications is Monday 28 October 2024.
