Jill and Dragon' is a picture book for children (big and small) from about 3 years old and upwards. I wanted to illustrate my love of books and stories from when I was small, so I came up with the idea of creating 'a book within a book', where children could experience the magical relationship between a reader and the storybook itself. Jill and Dragon introduces a feisty, independent-minded character Jill, and Dragon, the feared monster in her big yellow book.
