- Why did you create this work?
This work aims to point out the environmental and animal protection issues in contemporary society. Animals are forced into human society to be used, and the natural ecology suffers from ruthless invasive violence. Where can fireflies fly? How can humans coexist with nature? I hope more children and adults can read this story together and discover the love and crisis in it. - How were your illustrations used?
This is my personal creation as an illustrator, with a total of 26 pictures, suitable for children to read. My art director for this work is Weiteng Niu, an artist based in Shanghai, China. - What materials and techniques did you use?
I mainly used watercolor and colored pencils for this work. - Was this project commissioned?
