He/Him - Why did you create this work?
Northern California comedian Keith Lowell Jensen had long been a fan of my concert poster work and commissioned me to concept/design/illustrate/animate artwork for his 2024 tour, titled KLJ ADHD AF - How were your illustrations used?
This work appeared across social channels, print, signage, and more to promote his appearances. - What materials and techniques did you use?
All the illustrations were done in Procreate on my ipad pro, all text was set in Photoshop (and later after client hand-off in Canva) and the animation was done in After Effects - Was this project commissioned?

I am Jason Malmberg and I’m a multi-disciplinary graphic designer born and raised in Omaha calling Sacramento and Northern California my home since 1999. Since then. I’ve been fortunate to get to design all kinds of stuff: apps, games, books, magazines, websites and and much, much more. For over 25 years I have been designing gigposters, record covers, party flyers, books and more. Ive been lucky to work with some of the biggest bands in the world like Metallica and Foo Fighters. - Where are you currently based?
