- Why did you create this work?
I was commissioned to create a series of artworks to be featured throughout the new OMO 5 Hotel in Hakodate. One of the artworks is a stained glass mural brought to life by local glass artisans, and is featured in the main lobby. I created this piece to showcase not only the historical landmarks of Hakodate but also some of the seafood specialities and local charm that make the area so appealing. - How were your illustrations used?
