executive director of design : ogilvy485 senior partner : ogilvy & mather chicago Gabe leads Ogilvy & Mather Chicago's graphic design group, Ogilvy485, in the development of branded design-systems for clients such as Coca-Cola, UPS, Dove, American Express, IBM, BP, Kodak, Motorola and Steppenwolf Theatre. His work has been recognised by industry award shows and publications, including: Cannes, the Effies, the London International, D&AD, Clios, One Show, Chicago Creative Club, Communication Arts, Graphis and the Best-of Ogilvy. Prior to joining Ogilvy & Mather, he designed for several Chicago area agencies including Petertil Design Partners, Golin/Harris, Ross/Brown and the Leap Partnership. Gabe graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Art degree in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1995 (in 2010, he received the very first Distinguished Alumni award from the College of Fine and Applied Arts).
