She/Her - Why did you create this work?
The orchestra's mission is to bring classical music to children through educational programmes in high-poverty areas, performances with disabled youngsters, and an annual children's music festival. They believe that music builds bridges across the deepest divides. My aim was to create a flexible system with playful illustrations that capture the essence of their events and engage more children. - How were your illustrations used?
The extensible visual identity I designed includes a logo, a brochure, banner designs, and numerous vector illustrations for online and offline use. These illustrations appear on various materials of different proportions including brochures, banners, posters, roll-ups, and collectable stickers. The drawings reflect the themes of the events and are intended to appeal to a young audience. - What materials and techniques did you use?
The sketches were created using Procreate, and the vector illustrations were finalised in Adobe Illustrator. - Was this project commissioned?
