She/Her - Why did you create this work?
These covers were created for the Penguin Book Cover Award, inspired by Myriorama—where individual images connect to form a larger whole. The concept aligned with the brief: reimagining a system while honoring Penguin’s roots. Each cover stands alone but also forms a continuous narrative, letting the artwork lead the storytelling. - How were your illustrations used?
My illustrations have been shortlisted for the Penguin Book Cover Award and are currently awaiting the final result. - What materials and techniques did you use?
I begin by creating the line work using pencil, then scan the drawing and add colors in Procreate. Finally, I refine the illustration and make final adjustments in Photoshop. - Was this project commissioned?
