- Why did you create this work?
Created for Focus magazine, this infographic illustrates the dramatic decline of global ice reserves due to climate change. Melting glaciers and polar ice caps, especially in the Arctic and Antarctic, drive sea level rise, increasing the risk of coastal flooding worldwide. The loss of ice disrupts ecosystems and threatens species that depend on frozen habitats, like polar bears and marine life. - How were your illustrations used?
The illustrations appeared as a double-page spread in the print edition of Focus magazine, featured in the “Graphic of the Week” section. - What materials and techniques did you use?
The entire infographics, including illustrations with shapes and textures, were created in Adobe Illustrator. - Was this project commissioned?
