She/Her - Why did you create this work?
Chef Sloth is an interactive accordion book that unfolds into a lively party scene filled with whimsical characters. Its dynamic format immerses readers in Chef Sloth’s imaginative world, where humor and charm highlight the joy of cooking and celebration. As the pages turn, the story transitions into a chaotic kitchen, where characters come together to prepare dishes, with mischievous mice adding a playful twist to the storytelling. - How were your illustrations used?
My illustrations were used to create an interactive accordion book. This project is mainly focused on self-exploration of the relationship between book format and narrative, aiming to understand how different structures can impact storytelling. - What materials and techniques did you use?
