She/her - Why did you create this work?
Binna's Dalgona is my author-illustrator debut picture book based on my own experience of immigration. Binna has just moved to a new country from Korea, and finds the language barrier very frustrating. With the encouragement from her older sister and the power of homemade Korean sweet, dalgona, she finds the right words to share about her life in Korea. - How were your illustrations used?
