She/ Her - Why did you create this work?
Oh, Carrots! is my last picture book I wrote and illustrate. It's about a rabbit who lives alone and loves carrots. One spring, he plants some seeds like every year, but this year one comes alive. This curious carrot follows him and disturbs his calm life, but after a while he realises that having some company is not so bad. I've got the idea for it many years ago during a children's book short course I did in Madrid. But it wasn't until now that I shaped the whole idea. - How were your illustrations used?
