  • Why did you create this work?
    In October 2024, it marked one year since the outbreak of the war in Gaza. For this reason, Al Majalla Magazine aimed to create a visual synthesis using Eduardo Ramón’s collage technique, highlighting the most devastating consequences of the conflict. This approach seeks to merge data visualization and storytelling with the visual expression of collage.

    Data visualization project for Al Majalla magazine, October 2024. Created in collaboration with illustrator Eduardo Ramon, this project presents a visual narrative that quantifies the devastation caused by the war in Gaza, translating data into compelling storytelling.
  • What materials and techniques did you use?
    This project was developed in collaboration. The creative design, data visualization, and storytelling were led by Diana Estefanía Rubio, who worked closely with Eduardo Ramón, a collage illustration expert. Together, they merged two visual techniques to effectively convey this information.
