  • Why did you create this work?
This story was my own picture book text inspired by a single drawing I had made. It was acquired by Kids Can Press in Canada. It is a funny and suspenseful story about a foolish crocodile who skips breakfast on his way to work as the jungle ferry. Will his passengers make it to their final stop!
  • How were your illustrations used?
Illustrations all used in final published picture book, A Crocodile Should Never Skip Breakfast, publishing June 4th 2024. My editor was Patricia Ocampo and my designer was Andrew Dupuis.
  • What materials and techniques did you use?
The art was created traditionally using paint and line work. It was then scanned, coloured and layered in photoshop to create a digitally screen printed effect.
