Aya Morton grew up in rural Oregon where she discovered her passion for stories and drawing. She received an illustration degree from The Art Center College of Design in 2007, and has since worked as a freelance artist in London and Portland, Oregon. Her award winning work in graphic novel illustration has has been featured in Comics Art, by Paul Gravett through Tate Publishing and exhibited in the London House of Illustration. She recently illustrated the graphic novel adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's, "The Great Gatsby". - Where did you hear about the competition?
